Who else has it: My Brother.
Description: It Can only be Truly Mastered by Male's, but the girls have a slightly different one, the male's has a white outter ring, black middle then a weird white pattern, its Looks like Kakashi's Mangekyo Sharingan, The Females, Looks Similar to the Male's except the Pattern is Differen't it has a pattern similar that of Itachi's Mangekyo Sharingan, as for the Abilitys...
It is Much like the Sharingan,and our Namegan has been known to have very bad side effects if we use it constantly.
